Much of Leicester Community Shop’s success can be attributed to its team of hardworking and dedicated volunteers. Volunteering brings back the enjoyable, social side of retailing whilst supporting the shop which is at the heart of Leicester City.
Do you have some spare time and like to be part of something good?
With whatever time you have available, you could help stock the shelves, assist our team to promote the shop, help keep the store tidy, sign up members, work on the counter or organise an event of your own to help raise the profile and income of the store.
You can do as many or as few shifts as you want. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given. Enthusiasm, an interest in working as part of a team are all that is required and if you have any special skills that you think we could use, we would love to hear your ideas!
